Activities – Religious organizations
Making disciples and glorifying God, more in it especially in an ecclesiastical way encouraging and guiding young people in their spiritual growth process of maturity, as well as training, guiding, and equipping leaders.

The main activities are:
Holding meetings in various forms; Preaching the Gospel; Holding Bible studies; Holding prayer meetings; Providing equipment; Providing pastoral and diaconal care; Youth and children’s work; Spreading the Gospel through targeted evangelism and missionary activities; Making donations to other public benefit institutions;

How the institution generates income
Contributions from everyone involved with Divine Keys, such as tithes, offerings, gifts, and collections;
Grants and donations; Donations, inheritances, and legacies;

What the money is spent on
Rent; Speaking fee; Technology; Volunteer compensation; Evangelism; Licenses; Administration / bank costs; Insurances; Overheads

How the assets are managed
Management of financial resources: DKM manages its financial resources responsibly and transparently. This includes managing donations, grants, and other sources of income to achieve the foundation’s objectives.

Management and supervision: The DKM board is responsible for the management of the assets. This board must carefully monitor the finances and ensure that resources are used in line with the public interest.

Purpose: The assets are used to achieve the statutory purpose, which contributes to the general benefit related to social, cultural, educational, or charitable purposes.

Transparency and reporting: By making financial information public, such as annual reports and financial statements, so donors and other stakeholders can see how assets are managed and spent.

Fundraising: DKM actively raises funds to support its activities. This is done, among other things, by accepting donations, organizing events, or collaborating with other organizations.

Asset Preservation: Maintaining financial stability in order to continue to fulfill objectives in the long term.


Remuneration policy

General
Divine Kingdom Ministries Foundation (hereinafter “DKM”) strives to achieve its objectives in a socially responsible and transparent manner. In accordance with legal requirements and the principles of reasonableness and fairness, DKM has established the following remuneration policy.

Directors and Officers
Unpaid board: The board members of DKM perform their duties unpaid and do not receive any financial compensation for their board work.

Officers: DKM may appoint officers to perform specific tasks that are essential to the achievement of the organization’s objectives. Where appropriate, these officers may receive appropriate compensation for their services. These compensations are determined on the basis of market rates and are in line with the remuneration for comparable positions in the sector.

Volunteers
DKM is highly dependent on volunteers who volunteer their time and energy for the organization. Volunteers do not receive any financial reward for their work, but may be entitled to reimbursement of expenses incurred in accordance with the applicable rules for expense reimbursement.

Transparency
DKM strives for maximum transparency in its financial reporting and policy. Annually, a report of the remuneration and compensation of directors, officers, and volunteers will be included in the annual report available to the public via the DKM website.

This remuneration policy will be evaluated annually and adjusted if necessary to continue to comply with applicable laws and regulations and the needs of DKM.
